2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Request made within 7 days of enrollment and before program commencement
  • Technical issues preventing program access (after troubleshooting attempts)
  • Program cancellation by "Notworking"

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After the program has commenced and projects have been assigned
  • Certificate already issued
  • Violation of program terms and conditions
  • Change of mind after program start
