1. Digital Delivery
"Notworking" provides digital internship programs and educational services. As such, no physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered online via our website, email, or other digital communication platforms.
2. Processing Time
Upon successful enrollment and payment (if applicable), access to program materials and onboarding information is typically provided within 24-48 hours. Confirmation emails will be sent to the registered email address.
3. Access Issues
If you do not receive access to the program materials within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team immediately. We will resolve the issue and ensure you gain access as soon as possible.
4. Certificate Delivery
Completion certificates are digital and are issued electronically upon successful completion of the internship program. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
