"Notworking" is a government registered / approved Education & Training entity operating in India. We provide structured remote internship programs for students and fresh graduates.

3. Program Enrollment

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• All information provided during enrollment is accurate
• You understand the program structure and requirements
• You agree to complete assigned projects within specified timelines

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided during the internship program are the intellectual property of "Notworking" and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program requirements. All certificates are verifiable through our official records maintained under government registration.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the program:

• Submit original work only (no plagiarism)
• Communicate respectfully with mentors and peers
• Meet deadlines for project submissions
• Maintain confidentiality of program materials

7. Termination

"Notworking" reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violation of these terms, misconduct, or failure to meet program requirements. In such cases, refunds will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

"Notworking" provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes as a result of program completion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
